FAQ - Shipping

01 How much does shipping cost?

France : 3,50€ / free over 75€

Germany, Spain (excl. Canarias et Baleares), Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Sweden: 5€ / free over 75€

Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lituania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Croatia: 13€

Iceland : 25€

Switzerland: 5€ / Offered over 100€ orders (products are shipped from FRANCE. Keep in mind that if your address is in SWITZERLAND, you’re going to pay additional taxes.)

United Kingdom : Delivery is free on orders over 75€ (5€ for orders below). We deliver using DHL Economy Select. You will be delivered at home and it actually takes 6-8 days.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France. Please note that orders over 135£ (about 150€) are shipped without VAT. These orders incur VAT (20%) and additional custom duties (12% of the cart value) to be paid to DHL directly (meaning DHL will charge you 32% of your order value).

Tips: We advise to split orders into several orders below 150€ to avoid this additional fee.

03 Can I remove/add/change items in an existing order?

If you email us prior to your order having been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out. If we've already shipped out your order just get in touch and we'll figure out what we can do, which may involve you needing to ship back the order once you receive it. Just be aware that we do not cover return shipping. Please contact if you have any questions.

04 Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

We usually ship our orders out same day, but please get in contact with us at if you'd wish to cancel your order and we'll see what we can do.

05 Can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 

06 How long will it take to receive my order?

From the time of ordering, please allow up to 8 business days for processing, packing and delivery depending on your country. Most likely you will receive your order within 5 days of purchase. We only ship Monday - Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, we'll get it out first thing Monday morning.
