Maybe you're in a car sitting in traffic, on your way to the beach, maybe on the way to a movie with a good friend or new crush? Or perhaps you are wearing headphones in your bed because your neighbor is yelling at someone on their phone and didn't think that maybe other people existed in the building or on the same planet at all.

Wherever you may be, in whatever space you are occupying, listening to some mellow tunes will help. We are all in this space together after all, even if we forget it sometimes.
